HAVANA, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) -- U.S. ambition to restore its hegemonic system in Cold War is obsolete, as the world today is completely different from that of the Cold War, according to a Cuban political expert while commenting on the so-called "Summit for Democracy" proposed by the United States.
