High above the city, where the skyline blends seamlessly into the stratosphere, Ozone at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong—the world’s highest rooftop bar—ushers in a new chapter with its Neo Nexus menu. Stepping away from the celebrated Five Elements offering, this bold reimagining invites guests to explore the intersection of time, imagination, and flavour, all wrapped in a vibrant cyberpunk aesthetic that transforms the venue into a futuristic tropical haven.

At the heart of the Neo Nexus menu lies a trilogy of themes—Neo, Nexus, and Tropical Noir—each weaving a narrative that spans eras and inspirations. The result is a collection of 12 cocktails and mocktails, each more inventive than the last, bridging past traditions with visions of a bold new future. Taking things up a notch, select drinks are presented in bespoke 3D-printed vessels crafted from sustainable materials, merging cutting-edge design with thoughtful sustainability.

Neo is where history converses with modernity. Walled City, a tribute to Kowloon’s fabled enclave, pairs the bittersweet complexity of a French Negroni with a local twist of Hong Kong’s beloved Yuen Yeung. Presented in a green vessel reminiscent of Kowloon Walled City Park, it’s a drink rooted in place and memory. Famous Last Word revisits the Prohibition era, delivering a refreshing herbal punch, while The Aviary draws on tropical nostalgia with echoes of Malaysia’s Jungle Bird. Meanwhile, New Eden—a non-alcoholic delight—channels a zesty harmony inspired by the perfect balance of its namesake.

Moving to Nexus, the drinks embody a bridge between eras. The Glade takes cues from dystopian literature, offering smoky, herbal intrigue, while Neon Lights, inspired by Hong Kong’s iconic signage, reinterprets the Vesper with urban flair. Static Fizz, a zero-proof nod to the classic Spritz, and The Hive, infused with local honey, evoke connections between nature and a mechanized future.

Finally, Tropical Noir invites imbibers to revel in a collision of lush tropicality and noir-inspired sophistication. Highlights include Safari Hunter, a daring curry leaf-infused riff on a Hemingway Daiquiri, and Cyber Funk, where pink guava’s exotic sweetness meets piquant undertones. The Redeemer offers a cultural crossroad of Brazilian cachaça and Japanese sake, while Electric Jungle electrifies with fino sherry and clarified passion fruit.

At the helm of this ambitious menu is Bryan Benitez, whose 13 years of experience and accolades—most recently as the 2024 Marriott x Diageo Greater China Mixologist Champion—are on full display. His craft elevates Ozone into a realm where cocktails become more than just drinks; they are experiences that transport and inspire.
