Hangzhou cultivates talents to boost modern agricultural development

HANGZHOU, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Lin'an District of Hangzhou in east China's Zhejiang Province built an entrepreneurial center integrating various functions for agricultural makers, and implemented a series of policies to encourage the cultivation of modern agricultural talents in recent years.

The district has cultivated more than 300 agricultural makers, built 5 innovation incubation bases and carried out over 150 entrepreneurial projects.
