This year, the pudding’s ornate packaging draws its design inspiration from the graceful and symbolic koi fish, showcasing vibrant colours that evoke a joyous festive spirit. Each pudding is packaged in a 100% recyclable eco-friendly pudding container, which is made of biodegradable natural ingredient oyster shell powder. Symbolising prosperity and abundance, each auspicious pudding is handcrafted daily by the culinary teams, both sweet and savoury delicacies will be the perfect additions to the Chinese New Year festivities with friends and family.
The abalone, conpoy, air-dried preserved meat and turnip pudding is available for HK$388. This turnip pudding features local homegrown turnips and the chefs have planted and harvested turnips themselves at a local farm in Fanling to embrace the farm-to-table vision while handcrafting this traditional festive pudding with a meaningful purpose.
The culinary team has also meticulously selected premium ingredients such as rose wine Chinese preserved sausage, Chinese preserved pork belly, conpoy and a whole abalone to elevate the taste of this delightful pudding.

The coconut Chinese New Year pudding is available at HK$298. This smooth and chewy pudding, symbolising good luck and progress, brings a rich flavour of coconut which is perfect to steam or pan-fry.
The premium red dates pudding with coconut is available for HK$368. This chewy rice pudding is combined with layers of premium red date syrup from Xinjiang and silky coconut milk, which adds extra sweetness to this special occasion. The premium red dates, known for their health benefits such as enhancing blood circulation and skin rejuvenation with an anti-aging effect, give a soft aromatic texture to the smooth pudding.
