PARIS, July 13 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. Supreme Court released a ruling last month to strike down Roe v. Wade, which ended the constitutional protection of abortion rights for women in the nation.

Abortion is arguably one of the most divisive issues across the nation due to a clash between religious beliefs and individual liberty.

Some experts say, the issue of abortion has been politicized in the U.S., and the debate over it is a symptom of a more divided nation.
