The residential project 233 Prince Edward Road West in Ho Man Tin, jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Wheelock Properties, unveiled two completed show units and the Club 233 clubhouse to the media today (November 12). The developer stated that they plan to offer 8 four-bedroom units for tender later this week.

Sun Hung Kai Properties revealed that the show units will be open for private viewing by registered buyers starting Thursday. So far, around 100 groups have booked viewings. The first sales arrangement is expected to be announced later this week, offering 8 units through a tender process. These include four feature units on the 18th and 19th floors (A and B units) and four other four-bedroom units with different orientations.

In terms of pricing, the units will be benchmarked against Cullinan Sky in Kai Tak, another project by the same developer. The estimated management fee is expected to be around HK$6.6 to HK$6.7 per square foot.

The development also features a resident clubhouse, Club 233, located on the entire first floor of the project. It offers various amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a multi-purpose banquet hall, co-working spaces, a music room, and an entertainment room. The outdoor pool is a 20-meter-long garden pool, surrounded by greenery.
