At the Lobster Bar and Grill, an evening of indulgence awaits with a five-course dinner priced at HK$1,988 per person. The experience begins with welcome drinks and canapés, setting the tone before dinner service starts promptly at 8pm.
Appetisers are a seafood lover’s dream, featuring freshly shucked oysters, chilled prawns, and spiced tuna tartare from the Raw Bar, alongside chef Cary Docherty’s luxuriously rich lobster bisque.
For the main event, diners can choose between a classic beef Wellington wrapped in flaky homemade puff pastry or Dover sole accompanied by écrasé potatoes, roasted baby artichokes, and a vibrant tomato sauce.
To finish, a perfectly executed chocolate soufflé arrives with a side of vanilla ice cream, offering a sweet conclusion to the feast. For those who fancy a tipple, the free-flow package includes Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, house wines and select cocktails, served until 11pm.
