This month, Zuma has announced the return of the Zuma Catamaran after last year’s success. This floating izakaya adventure will take place on October 11 and 12 aboard the luxury yacht Vibe, owned by Asiamarin. Guests are invited to a Japanese culinary voyage from 11am to 5pm, departing from Central Pier and heading to Repulse Bay. The event features a luxurious tasting menu, free-flowing Veuve Clicquot champagne, Zuma signature cocktails and entertainment.
The Zuma Catamaran combines Japanese cuisine with Hong Kong’s stunning views. The journey showcases the city’s beauty, with potential route changes based on weather conditions. The tasting menu includes starters like steamed edamame and oysters, cold dishes such as sashimi, seared salmon and Wagyu tataki, and main courses featuring Chilean sea bass and spicy beef tenderloin. The meal concludes with mango and young coconut custard chawanmushi.
