(Poster) China's health insurance scheme saves millions: MIT professor

Launched in 2003, China's new rural cooperative medical scheme "saved millions of lives," according to the research conducted by Professor Jonathan Gruber of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and his team.

Participants of the health insurance plan "spent considerably less on health care."
