Taiwanese jeweller Cindy Chao, who is celebrating her company’s 15th anniversary this year, has had her 2008 Black Label Masterpiece I Ruby Butterfly Brooch inducted into the permanent collection of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris.

Louis Vuitton has unveiled its latest purchase: the world’s second-largest rough diamond, Sewelô. About the size of a tennis ball, the 1,785-carat blackened stone is the largest rough diamond ever found in Botswana and recently made its international debut at the brand’s Place Vendôme store in Paris.
