懂得接受自身的負面情緒,與其好好相處,以更舒服及有信心控制及表達自己的任何情緒,對「微笑抑鬱症」患者來說是一個重要的課題。
因為人生不受我們控制的事物許多,往往只能承受而無力改變。但不論孰好孰壞,請以不批判的心態對待自己,都不需執意為事情冠上好壞的標籤。
