QIQIHAR, Feb. 1 (Xinhua) -- Gannan County in Qiqihar City, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, is bestowed with fertile black soil. In 2023, the sowing area in there has reached 307,400 hectares. During the winter, heavy snow covers the black soil, a good omen for good yields for the next harvest season.■
