The four-course dinner menu, priced at HK$688 per guest, begins with an exquisite starter of Alaskan king crab tartare, complemented by creamy avocado and a zesty lemon dressing. Next, guests can indulge in pasta featuring hairy crab ravioli, served in a light, aromatic lemongrass broth, before tucking into the main course of classic steamed hairy crab.
The dinner ends with ginger cinnamon tea, which in Chinese culture, serves as more than just a palate cleanser. The warmth of sweet ginger tea—a heaty ingredient in Chinese medicine—helps to counterbalance the cooling nature of the crab, elevating the overall enjoyment of this sensational crab fest.
