Wang On Properties has recently added two new price lists for its 101 Kings Road project in North Point over the weekend (November 16 and 17). The latest, Price List No. 3, includes 26 units, with a discounted average price of HK$23,393 per square foot, and a starting price of HK$5.636 million. According to the developer, the project has received more than 750 checks so far, meaning the 103 units offered across three price lists have been oversubscribed by more than six times.
Price List No. 3 includes 26 units, ranging from 1- to 2-bedroom layouts, with saleable areas between 244 and 432 square feet. Of these, 7 units are 1-bedroom and 19 units are 2-bedroom. The discounted prices range from HK$5.636 million to HK$10.384 million, with prices per square foot ranging from HK$22,514 to HK$24,326.
The first price list launched 51 units at an average discounted price of HK$20,800 per square foot. In comparison, Price List No. 3 is priced 12.4% higher, with an average discounted price of HK$23,393 per square foot.
Meanwhile, Price List No. 2, which also included 26 units, had an average discounted price of HK$21,808 per square foot, with prices ranging from HK$5.592 million to HK$9.639 million, and per square foot prices from HK$21,100 to HK$22,918.
