Following the afternoon tea, Billy Lau, bar manager and Jennifer Ho, head mixologist from Alibi will guide guests into the world of mixology, introducing them to various spirits and basic bartending techniques. Guests can also enjoy a hands-on demonstration of three DIY cocktails, including two to be enjoyed at Alibi and a bottled cocktail to take home.
