今次我哋黎到中環蘭桂坊一間餐廳慶祝生日☺️,餐廳環境好夠闊落,各方面嘅設計同埋燈光都令人覺得好舒適👌🏻服務質素都好高,會仔細介紹各樣餐點,同埋佢嘅食用方法。餐牌選擇上面都好多,有肉類,海鮮,不同主食同埋酒精,非酒精飲品🥂
✅今次我哋就俾佢限定逢星期一同星期二嘅任食肉類餐牌吸引咗。呢個套餐內容非常之豐富,有四款前菜,麵包,一款意粉,同埋佢主打嘅任食肉類,最後仲有一個甜品,啱晒大家坐低慢慢食,慢慢傾偈😍

總共有四款前菜,個人比較鍾意水牛芝士蕃茄同埋炸芝士。水牛芝士蕃茄好清新,食得出蕃茄嘅新鮮同埋本身嘅甜味,配上水牛芝士淡淡的芝士鹹香味,非常之夾👍🏻另外炸芝士都非常之好食,外面炸到脆卜卜,炸衣夠薄,內餡非常之香濃,推介~👍🏻

麻花卷麵用咗煎pan上枱,非常之熱辣辣😍個人特別欣賞呢一道菜,呢款麻花卷麵使用左非常濃厚嘅牛肝菌黑松露醬汁,每一條pasta都沾滿晒濃厚嘅醬。pasta嘅質感都好特別,口感好彈牙。非常之推介俾大家,呢度菜都有驚艷到我哋,就算知道嚟緊有任食肉類拼盤,都忍唔住將佢清晒😂

期待已久嘅任食肉類終於上枱,佢會有兩個蠟燭同鐵板
熱住,咁就可以保持到肉類嘅溫度👍🏻。一開始上菜,會以一個拼盤形式,可以比大家試到各款肉類嘅味道,其後再可以單獨再嗌自己想再encore嘅肉類,另外都有配上三款嘅芥末醬同紅酒醬,薯條同埋炒蘑菇☺️
肉類方面我最鍾意係羊架,和牛肉眼,同埋豬肋骨。羊架方面,羊騷味比較少,接受唔到騷味嘅朋友都可以試吓,肉質方面真係非常之軟,一啲筋都冇😚和牛肉眼就真係冇得頂啦,雖然望落脂肪比較多但係肉質真係非常之Juicy,熟度都啱啱好非常之易咬開👍🏻另外豬肋骨都俾咗好多驚喜我,首先佢非常之入味,調味料應該最主要用咗黑醋嘅味道,所以唔會好膩。味道竟然有少少似中式嘅豬腳薑😂

另外我哋仲想試吓佢哋嘅海鮮,所以就叫咗一份烤大蝦。蝦真係好大隻,都好容易剝得甩殼,肉質彈牙,因為用咗燈籠椒同洋蔥一齊去烤焗,所以佢嘅味道特別鮮甜,有陣陣嘅果香☺️

Chocolate Salami with Vanilla Ice Cream
最後每人都有一份甜品,朱古力味好香濃,入邊夾住好多餅乾碎,口感非常之好,配上冰凍嘅雲呢拿雪糕,加埋一齊食,真係好夾,作為呢一餐飯嘅收尾,係一個幾好嘅句號☺️
✅呢間餐廳都幾推介大家去試吓,佢哋lunch time都會有buffet可以食,不過注意今次嘅任食肉類餐單只會喺星期一同星期二夜晚供應,大家要注意返時間唔好錯過啦🫣
