NEW DELHI, July 21 (Xinhua) -- An Indian party official has spoken highly of China's development model, which he says other countries could emulate.
Mohammad Salim is a former lawmaker and incumbent state secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) in India's eastern state of West Bengal.
He has been to China and visited metropolises such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
