Offering authentic Cantonese and northern Chinese cuisine, friendly service and great value, Sha Tin 18 is the perfect destination for weekends spent with family and friends or for a company gathering during the week. Five private dining rooms, seating from six to 36, are ideal for business lunches, meetings and private meals.
Live performances by the chefs are the highlight of both dishes. Peking duck is skillfully sliced in front of the guests and divided into three dishes: crispy duck skin, duck breast meat and duck leg meat. In the dish flambé rose wine barbecued pork, lard rice, and flaming rose wine are poured over the barbecued pork, filling the room with the delicious aroma of the rose wine and slightly charred barbecued pork.

A meal would not be complete without creative desserts that combine Western culinary style with Chinese ingredients, such as Chinese preserved beancurd cheesecake, hua diao, preserved plum sherbet and Chinese wine chocolate ice cream.
Sha Tin 18 offers traditional dim sum favourites such as steamed shrimp, bamboo shoot dumplings, steamed shrimp, pork and crab roe dumplings. Set lunches which fit perfectly with guests’ busy schedules are also available from Monday through Friday.
