BEIRUT, Aug. 5 (Xinhua) -- Armed clashes in Lebanon's largest Palestinian refugee camp between Fatah members and Islamic militants have killed at least 13 and displaced thousands.
The clashes broke out on July 29 in the Ain Al-Helweh refugee camp, which hosts up to 120,000 refugees.
