Would you buy a US$8 Oreo from Supreme, the streetwear brand?

The American skateboard brand, which partnered with New York’s Metropolitan Transit Authority, Fender and Ziploc unveiled its latest collaboration with Oreo on Twitter

American skateboard brand Supreme has redefined the lines between streetwear and high fashion, collaborating with luxury names such as Louis Vuitton and Rimowa. Supreme's range of products goes beyond the logo T-shirts and oversized jumpers; the brand has worked with names in a wide spectrum of fields to launch products that are wacky, weird and sometimes unusual.

Supreme unveiled its latest collaboration on Twitter, eluding to the launch of a bright red sandwich biscuit in collaboration with none other than Oreo. The brand announced on its Twitter account @Supreme Saint that the "Supreme X @Oreo" will be coming soon with no set launch date. The post comes with an image of the Oreo in red, with the Supreme logo stamped on the biscuit.

Here's a peek at Kylie Jenner's US$1 million handbag collection

Oreo confirmed the collaboration on its Twitter account, tweeting the same photo with the caption "Dropping Soon".

Rumour has it the biscuits will sell for US$8 a piece. As with all things Supreme, however, it's likely prices in the secondary market will shoot up as soon as these sell out at stores.

The kayak was part of Supreme's spring/summer 2018 collection. The inflatable kayak comes complete with a matching branded oar. The kayak was retailed for US$498 at its launch.
