Some of the world's most stylish actors walked the 92nd Academy Awards red carpet wearing a luxury timepiece, rocking top brands at Hollywood's biggest bash of the year. But who was wearing what? Here's a look at who sported which watch to the Oscars.
Bohemian Rhapsody actor Rami Malek wore a vintage Cartier Pasha de Cartier timepiece in gold with a leather strap. The classic design dates back to 1931 and the piece Malek wore is a 1993 reference.
Actor Oscar Isaac, star of Inside Llewyn Davis, was spotted wearing an Omega Speedmaster Apollo 11 50th Anniversary Limited Edition watch. The stainless steel bracelet watch was created to commemorate humankind's first steps on the moon. The piece is in a limited release of 6,969 pieces.
Which celebrities sparkled the most on the red carpet?
Nominated for best actor for his lead role in Pain and Glory, Antonio Banderas dressed up his look with an ultra-thin watch from Bulgari. The Bulgari Octo Finissimo watch gets its light weight from its titanium case and bracelet.
Alfie Allen from Game of Thrones also made an appearance on the red carpet wearing an Omega. The De Ville Prestige on his wrist features a small seconds and power reserve indicator, plus a date display.
Winner of best adapted screenplay for his film Jojo Rabbit, director Taika Waititi opted to elevate his red carpet look with a Panerai Luminor Due 42mm Blue Titanium PAM728. He wore the slim piece with a matching blue leather strap.
Will Meghan or Kate ever get Princess Di's Cartier watches?
Actor Josh Gad wore Chopard's new Alpine Eagle watch to the event. In Lucent Steel and 18-carat rose gold, he paired the watch with onyx cuff links from the brand.
As if he wasn't envied enough because his date was fiance Scarlett Johansson, comedian Colin Jost wore a Tag Heuer Monaco Calibre 11 watch to the awards. The stainless steel square design runs on an automatic movement and is paired with a leather strap.
