Seeing BJ Penn's street fighting antics is like "watching a live train wreck", the UFC Hall of Famer's supposed next opponent Nik Lentz has said.
The 40-year-old former UFC lightweight and welterweight champion was knocked out by an antagoniser in a brawl outside the Big Island's Lava Shack bar this week " before going back for more and beating the guy up.
It was Penn's second street fight in the space of two months. He was also involved in a scrap with a strip club bouncer in Honolulu in June, though was not arrested or charged by police after either incident.
"Somebody needs to talk to BJ, and that's the whole reason I took this fight in the first place," Lentz told TMZ Sports. "The whole reason I took this fight in the first place, BJ, is I told you, you need to get your life together."
The 35-year-old Lentz (30-10-2, 1 no contest) suggested Penn should get out of Hawaii and train at his gym in South Florida.
"We're watching a live train wreck," Lentz added. "That's what we're watching and we've been watching it for a long time. And somebody needs to go in there and stop him before he ends up dead. Who is to say the next guy doesn't have a knife or a gun or he gets knocked out and he hits his head on the curb and he dies?"

Lentz said he had heard UFC Boston on October 18 might be the proposed date for the fight. But getting knocked out could change things " as Chuck Liddell said of his fellow Hall of Famer, "you've gotta take some time off after that and recover".
"We can have a little peace offering here," Lentz said. "Not only will I beat him up, but I will teach him and I will help him and I will get him out of there (Hawaii), where the cameras are sucking him in, where people are taking videos of him on the street.
"I'm going to help him more than he's ever been helped in his life. Now I'm gonna kick his ass for money at the same time, but I'm still gonna help him."
