Instagram 在 2017 年 10 月開始，加入 Polls 投票貼紙功能，讓用戶可以向追蹤者發問問題，不過 Polls 投票貼紙只有兩個選擇。最近 Instagram 推出全新的 Quiz 問答貼紙功能，用戶可以有最多 4 個答案讓追蹤者選擇。
要使用 Quiz 問答貼紙功能，用戶只需利用 Instagram 的 Story 近年，並在貼紙欄內選擇 Quiz 貼紙，然後再填寫問題和答案，最後用戶需要加入正確答案。當追蹤者瀏覽 Stories 就可以參加問答，他們會即時知道答案是否正確。

用戶亦能夠知道追蹤者的答案分佈，所以 Quiz 亦可以變相成為 4 選 1 投票機制。Quiz 貼紙功能由今日起，將會在 Android 和 iPhone 版 Instagram 同步開始提供。
