China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government has already prepared different contingency plans to brave challenges, HKSAR Financial Secretary Paul Chan told Xinhua in an exclusive interview on Tuesday.
Chan also stressed that the firm backing of the Chinese central authorities will help Hong Kong go through any difficulty.
