來去匆匆的時裝潮流其實會造成大量的廢棄物，從設計、生產到裝運，時裝工業都為這個地球帶來了不少碳排放；我們未必是時裝愛好者，但衣服猶如人的第二層皮膚，總避不了消耗著地球的資源，向來支持環保時裝的Emma Watson為了讓大家更容易地了解自己的時尚習慣，最近與thredUp合作，推出了“Fashion Footprint Calculator”，讓你計計自己對地球生態造成了多少負擔。
進入計算器後，它會問你關於購物習慣、洗費、回收衣物、洗衣方式和有否縫補衣服等問題，從而計算你的時尚足印屬於哪一個級別，以及排放了多少碳。此外，計算器還會一邊告訴你哪一種時尚單品會排放最多的碳、網上購物會比實體店環保多少，甚至是退貨的話也會增加運輸的負擔等等。
